JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioners, e-Mitra Kiosks/Centres Operators of District Jalore, have filed this writ petition being aggrieved with the procedure of selection of service providers to set up and manage e-Mitra Kiosks/Centres (urban and rural) under e-Mitra Project in the State of Rajasthan vide order dated 05.12.2017 issued by the Raj COMP Info Services Ltd. (A Government of Rajasthan undertaking).

(2.) A similar writ petition being SBCWP No. 680/2018, Manish Kumar Soni and Ors. v. State of Rajasthan and Ors. was filed on behalf of e-Mitra Kiosks/Centres Operators before this Court, which came to be dismissed by this Court vide order dated 19.01.2018 in the following terms:

(3.) Hence, this writ petition is also dismissed in terms of the aforesaid order dated 19.01.2018 passed in SBCWP No. 680/2018- Manish Kumar Soni and Ors. v. State of Rajasthan and Ors. Stay petition also stands dismissed.
