JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner has preferred this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India claiming the following reliefs:

(2.) Admittedly, the petitioner was resident of Kherwara, District Udaipur but has been married to Dungarpurand belongs to ST category.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner has states that the controversy is squarely covered by the decision passed by this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 13723/2017; Sushama Sharma v. State of Rajasthan and Ors., on 20.11.2017 . The judgment reads as under:
