GAJI KHAN Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred claiming the following relief:

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though initially, a history sheet was opened against the petitioner in relation to certain illegal activities, but there is nothing on record to show that the petitioner was convicted in connection therewith. Since there was no material available with the respondent to continue the said history sheet of the petitioner, the same may be discontinued.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner however, submits that the history sheet of the petitioner was re-constituted and maintained in pursuance of the order dated 31.07.1990 passed by the Superintendent of Police, Jaisalmer.
