JUDGEMENT

(1.) The matter pertains to LDC recruitment arising out of advertisement dated 12.02.2013. The petitioner is seeking consideration of MIS experience and also seeking quashing of all consequential orders in pursuance of not treating MIS as valid experience for bonus marks.

(2.) Learned counsel for the parties agree that controversy is covered by the following order passed by this Court in the case of Ramniwas v. State of Rajasthan and Anr. (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 10519/2017) alongwith other connected writ petitions decided on 08.02.2017:

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the proviso of Rule 273 provides for bonus marks/weightage for the stipulated schemes and any other scheme of Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj in the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that it is an admitted position that the petitioners are working as MIS in MNAREGA under the Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj in the State.
