(1.) The respondents are served but none appears.

(2.) Relevant facts to be noted are that concededly the State of Rajasthan has formed a society named as 'Rajasthan Medical Relief Society.' The society carries out functions pertaining to health services under various schemes of the State of Rajasthan.

(3.) We have read the office order. It simply states that where the State Government has taken computers with computer operators through a placement agency, the placement agency has to ensure that wages to the computer operators are paid as per law.
