(1.) Petitioner has preferred this writ petition praying for the following reliefs :-

Learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the present writ petition is covered by a precedent law of this Court in the matter of Bhagirath Jujhadia vs. Jodhpur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd. & Ors.. (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.7368/2015) decided on 19.05.2017, the relevant portion of this judgment, reads as under :-
