JUDGEMENT

(1.) Appellants have filed this appeal challenging the award dated 7.7.2008 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal.

(2.) Learned counsel for the appellants has submitted that the compensation granted by the Tribunal was on a lower side and required to be enhanced.

(3.) Learned counsel for the respondents have opposed the appeal.
