JUDGEMENT

(1.) By way of this writ petition, the petitioner Dheeraj Kumar Nagriya has approached this Court for challenging the order dated 01.04.2016 passed by the respondent Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. whereby, the petitioner's candidature for grant of LPG distributorship at Nimbahera- Paich Talai, District Chittorgarh in the Open category undertaken in furtherance of the advertisement dated 21.09.2013 was rejected. A prayer is also made in the writ petition to direct the respondents to award the said dealership to the petitioner.

(2.) I have heard and considered the arguments advanced by the parties and have gone through the impugned order.

(3.) The petitioner's stake for the dealership was rejected for the following reasons as indicated in the impugned order (Annexure- 13) dated 01.04.2016:
