(1.) Heard learned counsel for the appellants.

(2.) The legal heirs of deceased Ram Kishan, who died in motor accident took place on 30th December, 2006, have preferred this appeal for enhancement of the amount of compensation in respect of his death and being aggrieved with the impugned award dated 22nd April, 2008 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Sambharlakh, District Jaipur, whereby the learned Tribunal has awarded the total compensation of Rs. 4, 69, 000/- with interest @ 6% per annum from the date of claim application i.e. 8th March, 2007 as under:
