JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is directed against the order dated 23.2.2007 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge (Fast Track) No.4, Jaipur City, Jaipur in Criminal Revision Petition No.27/2007 (798/2006) whereby the revision petition filed by the petitioner against the order dated 27.7.2006 passed by Civil Judge(Sr.Div.) & Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate No.9, Jaipur City, Jaipur has been dismissed and the order taking cognizance against the petitioner of the offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act has been upheld.

(3.) Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, I am of the opinion that there is no ground for interfere while exercising the jurisdiction under Section 482 Cr.P.C.
