JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing criminal proceedings initiated against them and to set aside the order of cognizance dated 6.2.2007 passed by ACJM No.3, Kota in criminal case no.22/2007 whereby cognizance has been taken against them under Sections 341 and 323 IPC. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned P.P.
