THE legal representatives of deceased Gulab Bai have preferred this appeal Under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 for enhancement of the amount of compensation against the impugned award dated 4.3.2005 passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Bundi, whereby the learned Tribunal has awarded a total compensation of Rs. 1,66,800/ - in their favour.
