JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE learned counsel for the accused-petitioner submits that in this case on previous occasion the father of the accused-petitioner was killed by the complainant party and after trial they were acquitted. It has also been contended that looking to the nature of injuries offence under Section 307 IPC is not made out.

(2.) THE learned P. P. assisted by the learned counsel for the complainant, argued that in the instant case, it is borne out from the record that against the complainant party not only on one occasion but on several occasions the accused party made assaults and in that respect several cases have been registered.

(3.) HAVE carefully considered the submissions made before me and perused the impugned order.
