JUDGEMENT

(1.) - The learned counsel for the accused-petitioners submits that in some of the like cases earlier bail applications were moved and were rejected, but subsequently second bail applications were allowed. It has also been submitted that in most of the cases this Court has given indulgence for granting bail to the accused-petitioner involved in the incident.

(2.) THE learned P. P. has opposed the application.

(3.) I have carefully considered the submissions made before me and perused the impugned order.
