JUDGEMENT

(1.) This criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is directed against the order dated 6.02.2008 passed by Additional District and Sessions Judge No.2, Ajmer in criminal revision no.79/2007 (11/2007) whereby the order dated 10.7.2006 of Addl. Civil Judge (Jr.Div.) and Judicial Magistrate No.4, Ajmer taking cognizance against the petitioner under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act has been upheld.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent no.2.

(3.) It has been admitted by the learned counsels for the parties that the main case is fixed for arguments in the trial court.
