JUDGEMENT

(1.) Mrs. R.R. Kanwar, learned Dy. Govt. Counsel frankly pointed out that the subject matter of this writ petition stands concluded with the decision of this Court in SB Civil Writ Petition No.6336/2007 (State of Raj Vs. Labour Inspector & ors.) decided on 31.10.2007 and followed by learned Single Judge of this Court in SB Civil Writ Petition No.2276/2007 (State of Raj. Vs. Labour Inspector & Ors.), decided on 10.1.2008.

(2.) This Court has considered the impugned order dated 29.3.2006 (Annexure-5) passed by the Minimum Wages Authority in the aforesaid CWP No.6336/2007 as has found :

(3.) In view of the decision aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed.
