JUDGEMENT

(1.) The minor child Kumari Urmila is present here with her 'Dadi', the paternal grand mother who has been identified by the learned Counsel for the appellants. The son of the respondents No. 1 and 2 Shri Satveer is also present. The matter was heard in chamber.

(2.) The minor girl Kumari Urmila was specifically asked regarding her desire. Though she is very tender in her age and unable to comprehend and understand the question yet she has expressed her desire to stay with the appellants. She has pointed out that her grand mother who is present in Court today is looking after her.

(3.) It has been stated by the appellant that Kumari Urmila, the minor girl, is at present studying in the village school in Class-II.
