JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) THIS appeal has been preferred by Babulal dissatisfied with the quantum of compensation awarded by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Jaipur.

(3.) IN the circumstances of the case, I am inclined to enhance the amount of Rs. 20,000 awarded as compensation for 13% permanent disablement to Rs. 50,000/- with the direction that the appellant shall be entitled to the enhanced amount of compensation with interest at the rate of 7. 5% from the date of filing of claim petition before the Tribunal.
