JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard.

(2.) The petitioner/convict has already served sentence for 4 years 9 months and 12 days as on 12.5.2008. He sought his release on parole for 20 days. In addition to his plea for releasing on regular parole, he sought parole on the ground that he want to repair his house.

(3.) The parole committee observed that the petitioner has no house and, therefore, rejected the parole on the ground that he gave wrong fact of he having his house repaired.
