JUDGEMENT

(1.) First parole sought by the petitioner was declined by the District Advisory Parole Committee,Sikar on the ground that police report was against the petitioner.

(2.) We have heard rival submission and scanned the material on record.

(3.) It is well settled that on ipse-dixit of the police, the parole cannot be declined.
