JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Criminal Misc. Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for issuing directions for expeditious investigation of F.I.R. No. 84/2001 registered at Kotwali Fatehpur, District Sikar.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor.

(3.) Learned Public Prosecutor has no objection in issuing the direction as prayed for by the petitioner.
