JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

(2.) This revision petition has been preferred against the order dated 14.11.2007 by which the application filed by the petitioner under Order 7 Rule 11 C.P.C. has been dismissed.

(3.) The objection of the petitioner is that the land in question is agricultural land and he has produced certain revenue entries in that behalf to substantiate the case that the land is agricultural land and the Civil Court has no jurisdiction to entertain the suit by virtue of the provisions contained in Section 207 read with the Schedule to the Rajasthan Tenancy Act, 1955.
