JUDGEMENT

(1.) All these seven appeals arise out of the common order passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in writ jurisdiction, have been heard together and are being disposed of by this order.

(2.) The writ petitioner-respondents who were working in the Government Press at Jaipur for about two decades approached this Court in writ jurisdiction for directions to the authorities to regularize their services.

(3.) Learned Single Judge of this Court after considering the facts and circumstances of the case and pleadings of the parties and noticing the judgment of the Apex Court rendered in State of Karnataka & Ors. Vs. Smt.Uma Devi : 2006(4) SCC 1, directed the authorities concerned to frame the scheme as one time measure expeditiously and to pass an appropriate order pertaining to regularization of the services of the writ petitioners and other similarly situated persons.
