JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

(2.) This is second round of litigation. The earlier writ petition filed by the petitioners was registered as S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.1004/2008, in which this Court has passed an order on 12.2.2008, which reads as under:-

(3.) It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have already filed their representation in pursuance of the aforesaid order passed by this Court. However, the respondents have not decided their representation and straightaway they are taking action against the petitioners for dispossession.
