JUDGEMENT

(1.) In this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for quashing criteria of preparation of merit list at Block level for recruitment on the post of GNM in the Medical Department of Government of Rajasthan, which is prescribed in the Advertisement dated 23.4.2008 Annexure-P/7 because the said condition is in contravention of the judgment rendered by this Court in bunch of writ petitions decided by Coordinate Bench in SB Civil Writ Petition No.1122/2008 decided on 20.2.2008 wherein the learned Single Judge has held as follows :

(2.) In this view of the matter, I am of the opinion that after the above judgment, the respondents are under obligation to prepare the merit list in accordance with the above directions. In my opinion, the condition/assertion made in the advertisement dated 23.4.2008, which reads that
