JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned P.P. and learned counsel for the complainant.

(2.) The limited prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the Sessions Case No.50/2008 State of Rajasthan vs. Rohit and another pending in the court of Additional District & Sessions Judge (Fast Track) No.1, Jaipur District Jaipur under Sections 302, 201 and 120-B IPC arising out of FIR No.464/2007 registered at the police station Bagru, district Jaipur and the Sessions Case No.19/2008 State vs. Rohit and another pending in the court of Special Judge (Sati Niwaran) Rajasthan, Jaipur and Additional District & Sessions Judge, Jaipur City, Jaipur under Sections 302, 201 and 120-B IPC arising out of FIR No.192/2007 registered at the police station Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur be tried and decided by one court as the offences in both the cases appear to have been committed during the same transaction and at the same place.
