(1.) Heard learned counsel for the appellant and perused the order impugned.

(2.) The delay in filing this appeal is condoned.

(3.) The writ application filed by the writ petitioner even after a lapse of twenty years was entertained and reliefs were granted to the extent of payment of family pension and also death -cum- retirement gratuity for the period of services rendered by the husband of this appellant.
