JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the parties and perused the record made available to me daring the course of arguments of the case.

(2.) LEARNED counsel for the petitioner submits that co-accused have already been enlarged on bail and the case of the present petitioner is not distinguishable from that of the co-accused, thus, the petitioner may also be given the same benefit.

(3.) ON the other hand, learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application.
