(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
(2.) In this case, the petitioner has prayed for direction to the respondent to register the name of the petitioner in the register kept for the purpose in view of Section 36 of the Rajasthan Indian Medicine Act, 1953.

In para 4 of the writ petition, it is specifically mentioned by the petitioner that "the petitioner approached respondent No.2 and submitted that there was no requirement of any qualification as per provisions of sec. 36 of the Rajasthan Indian Medicine Act, 1953, but he was denied the application form and was asked to get an order from the Hon'ble High Court."
