BARKAT Vs. THE STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) On 13.11.07, in vehicle No. RJ 07 G 6564 being transported green wood of English and country babool which seized and FIR for the offence of Sec. 41, 42 Forest Act is registered.

(2.) Petitioner's application for possession of seized wood is rejected by learned Magistrate vide order dated 17.11.07 which order upheld in revision on 22.11.07.

(3.) Aggrieved of the above orders is this petition and petitioner seeks release of wood in his favour.
