JUDGEMENT

(1.) TWO groups indulged in a free fight resulting in injuries to persons of both groups and death of Dhanesh. Injuries caused by firearm to Dhanesh have been attributed to one Mahendra, who could not be apprehended by police and still absconding. Appellants, seven in number along with five coaccused persons, were put to trial before learned Additional Sessions Judge (Fast Track), No. 3, Bharatpur. Learned Judge vide judgment dated October 29, 2002 while acquitting five co -accused, convicted and sentenced the appellants as under:
