JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) THIS appeal is directed against the judgment of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Jaipur District, Jaipur dated 6. 7. 2007 questioning the correctness of the quantum of compensation awarded to the appellant in the sum of Rs. 4,76,000 and seeking its enhancement. Appellants filed claim petition before the Tribunal for award of compensation on account of accidental death of Ram Gopal, who was husband of appellant no. 1 Gita Devi, father of appellants no. 2 to 7 and son of appellants no. 8 and 9. He was riding a motor cycle with one Gajanand when a jeep no. RJ-14-T- 5584 driven by respondent no. 1 Raju Lal hit the motorcycle leading to his death.

(3.) I, therefore, do not find any merit in this appeal, which is accordingly dismissed. .
