JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr.S.P.Sharma, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant.

(2.) This appeal is directed against order dated 5th January, 2006 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in exercise of its power under Article 226 of the Constitution whereby and whereunder the writ application was dismissed.

(3.) The writ petitioner-appellant initially filed writ application with the prayer for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing respondents to regularize his services in the light of order of regularization so far as respondent no.4 was concerned. The writ-petitioner was terminated with effect from 5.8.1992. The order of termination, however, was not brought on record by making an amendment application, rather a reference of termination order was made in the second stay application filed on behalf of the appellant.
