JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned public prosecutor for the state and learned counsel for the non-petitioner No. 2 Nobody appeared on behalf of non- petitioner No. 3 and 4.

(2.) This Criminal Misc. Petition under section 482 of the Code Criminal Procedure is directed against the order dated 30th March, 1990 passed by the learned Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Bali in Criminal misc. case No. 9/90 State Vs. Bhaga and others under section 145 of the Criminal Procedure Code.
