JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners learned P.P. for the State and perused the original record of 916/88 State v. Mukna Ram and others pending in the court of Railway Magistrate Jodhpur.

(2.) By this petition under Section 482, Cr.P.C. it is prayed that the order dated 6-12-1988 passed by the Railway Magistrate, Jodhpur be quashed.
