JUDGEMENT

(1.) ORDER :- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor and perused the record of the case.

(2.) This petition under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code is directed against the order dated 1st October, 1991 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Shahapura in Criminal Case No. 327/76 (146/91). By the aforesaid order charge under Section 7 read with 16 of the Prevention of Food Adulteration Act was framed against the accused-petitioner.
