JUDGEMENT

In this appeal, preferred by the defendant appellant (for short the defendant) challenge has been made to. the decree and judgment dated 18.2.1995 passed by the learned Additional District Judge No. 2 Jaipur City, Jaipur whereby the suit for specific performance of the contract instituted by the plaintiff respondent (for short the plaintiff) was decreed.
