JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties as well as learned Public Prosecutor for the State and also perused the documents on record.

(2.) Mr. Balwada submits that case of petitioner stands on much better footing than the case of co-accused Mahendra and Shri Ram. He has also placed reliance on the Statements of Kurdaram, husband of deceased and the affidavit given by Kurda Ram.

(3.) Learned P.P. has not controverted these facts.
