JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned Counsel for the parties.

(2.) THE petitioner has been convicted under Section 411, I.P.C. and has been sentenced to one year rigorous imprisonment. The petitioner has remained in custody for total period of about seven months. After lapse of more than seven years it would not be proper to send him behind the bars.
