JUDGEMENT

(1.) I have gone through the diary and looking to the circumstance of the case this is no dispute that petitioner is a married lady who stays in Police Academy and it is not disputed that she was not a party to the beating of Manju. The only allegation against her is that she has threatened the petitioner and others, Offence is punishable maximum with three years and the petitioner is a Government servant. In these circumstances, I am inclined to grant indulgence of bail to the accused petitioner. However, it is made clear that in case the petitioner intends to terrorise the witnesses or acts in manner which is prejudicial in the matter of Trial of case, it will be open to the Trial Court to cancel the bail of the accused petitioner without reference to this court. Considering all the facts of the case, it is directed that the SHO/Arresting Officer/IO, Police Station, Kotwali, Jaipur, In FIR No. 302/87 in the event of arrest of petitioner Smt. Vishnu Sharma, she be released on bail, provided she furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 5,000.00(Rs. Five Thousand only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction, on the following conditions:-
