JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner has filed this bail application under section 438 of Cr.P.C., 1973

(2.) F.I.R. No. 175/2017 was registered at Police Station, Khandela, Dist. Sikar for offences under Sections 341, 323, 382/34 and 327 I.P.C.

(3.) It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that the allegation of demanding of money for buying liquor is on Pintoo. The allegation of beating the complainant is also on Pintoo and Hansraj. The only allegation against the petitioner is that he caught hold of the complainant.
