JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking quashing of the First Information Report No. 155/2015 registered at Police Station Chirawa, District Jhunjhunu for offences under Sections 420, 406 and 120-B Indian Penal Code, 1860 on the basis of compromise.

(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioners and respondent no.2 have submitted that parties have amicably settled their dispute. The amount-in-question has been paid by the petitioners to the complainant.

(3.) Respondent no. 2 is present in person and has admitted the factum of compromise between the parties and has stated that he has no objection if the F.I.R. in question is ordered to be quashed. He has admitted the genuineness of compromise deed Annexure-2.
