Learned counsel for the petitioners, at the very outset, submits that the controversy raised in the instant writ application stands resolved in view of the adjudication made by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in the case of Vijay Kumar Sharma and Anr. Versus State of Rajasthan and Ors.: S.B. Civil Writ petition Number 1586/2011, decided on 6th August, 2014, observing thus:
(2.) It is further informed that even the intra-court appeal instituted by the State-respondents has also been declined.
(3.) Counsel, therefore, submits that for the present; the petitioners would be satisfied, if the State-respondents are directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioners, within a time frame, which they are ready and willing to address within two weeks hereinafter.
