SHARWAN KUMAR Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned counsel for the petitioners, at the very outset, submits that the controversy raised in the instant writ application stands resolved in view of the adjudication made by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in the case of Vijay Kumar Sharma and Anr. Versus State of Rajasthan and Ors.: S.B. Civil Writ petition Number 1586/2011, decided on 6th August, 2014, observing thus:

(2.) It is further informed that even the intra-court appeal instituted by the State-respondents has also been declined.

(3.) Counsel, therefore, submits that for the present; the petitioners would be satisfied, if the State-respondents are directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioners, within a time frame, which they are ready and willing to address within two weeks hereinafter.
