NEELAM JOSHI Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Applicant has moved this transfer application under Section 407 of Cr. P.C. for transferring of Sessions Case No. 30/2016, pending before Additional Sessions Judge No. 5, Ajmer to Court of Jaipur Metropolitan.

(2.) It is contended by counsel for the applicant that applicant s husband was murdered by respondent No. 2 to 4, trial of which is pending at Ajmer.

(3.) It is contended that the accused are threatening the witnesses, as a result of which, it is difficult for the witnesses to depose before the Court.
