JUDGEMENT

(1.) This intra court appeal is directed against the interim order dated 4.9.17 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court on fourth stay petition being S.B.Civil Misc. Fourth Stay Petition No.9961/17 preferred by the writ petitioner in the Writ Petition No. 5749/15.

Learned Additional Advocate General contended that pending disposal of the writ petition, the learned Single Judge has passed blanket order and therefore, on licensee depositing Rs. 50,000/- per year, the appellants are under an obligation to continue the license granted which already stands cancelled by the order impugned in the writ petition.
