JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor. Perused the material available on record.

(2.) The instant bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been preferred on behalf of the petitioner who is in custody in connection with F.I.R. No.83/2014, registered at Police Station Sandwa, District Churu for the offences under Sections 458, 395 and 120B IPC.

(3.) Co-accused persons have been enlarged on bail. The petitioner was not subjected to Test Identification proceedings at the hands of the witnesses. No recovery has been effected at his instance.
