JUDGEMENT

(1.) Both the petitions are taken up together for hearing on the consent of the counsel for the parties as they submit that the challenge is identical in the two petitions.

(2.) Resultantly, the petitions are accordingly disposed of as under:-

It is directed that election to the vacancy on the post of Sarpanch, Gram Panchayat Nanor, Panchayat Samiti, Bakani following the setting aside of the election of the RC under the judgment dated 06.10.2017 be now held by the respondent-State Government in terms of the provision of the Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 and the Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Rules, 1996.
