JUDGEMENT

(1.) Appellants Ratanlal son of Gangabux, Jhabar Singh son of Kaluram, Ratan Singh @ Ratanaram son of Isarram @ Ishwar Singh and Shanti Lai son of Choturam have preferred instant DB Criminal Appeal against judgment dt. 13.9.1993 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Sikar in Sessions Case No. 25/1987 (40/1987) convicting and sentencing the accused appellants as under
