SATYA NARAYAN Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner had applied for the post of Fireman. The petitioner during Physical Efficiency Test, could not meet the standards laid by the respondents as measurement of his chest was not as per the prescribed standards.

(2.) The learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that this Court on 18.4.2017 already qua the same recruitment had disposed of bunch of writ petitions, lead case being Radheshyam Gurjar and Anr. vs. State (Local Self Dept) Ors., SBCWP No.17499/2016, and hence, the present petition be also disposed of in same terms. The order dated 18.4.2017, passed by this Court in bunch of writ petitions, reads as under:-

(3.) of the Schedule of these rules for physical fitness, the following physical standards shall be mandatory, namely:-
