RAJ ABHIYOJAN ADHIKARI Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Since the self same question has been raised in the writ petitions assailing validity of Notification dt.06.04.2013, pursuant to which amendment has been made in the Rajasthan Civil Services (Pension) Rules, 1996 by the Government in exercise of powers conferred by the proviso to Art.309 of the Constitution and the primary grievance is the prospective date from which the amendment has been made effective i.e. 01.07.2013.

(2.) D.B.Civil Writ Petition No.7768/2014 has been filed by the unregistered Association formed by the retired Public Prosecutors. Nothing has been placed on record who created this unregistered Association & what are its objects & reasons, who are its members and who has authorized Sh.Sedu Ram Sharma as the General Secretary and file writ petition on behalf of the Association.

(3.) D.B.Civil Writ Petition No.9638/2015 has been jointly filed by two retired employees who after serving the Department of Education, stood retired on attaining the age of superannuation/ voluntary retirement on 31.03.2003 & 01.08.2012 respectively.
